Częstochowska 140, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Poznań under the number KRS0000291143, with the NIP number 6182059538, with the REGON number 300563060, with a share capital of PLN 50,000.00 paid in full. For the purposes of these regulations, the sklep.letmerepair.pl online store is hereinafter referred to as the Online Store, and the business entity or natural person registering and making purchases in the online store is the Customer.

- In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, in force from 25 May 2018 ("GDPR"), and in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), the administrator of personal data in the Online Store is LetMeRepair Poland Sp. z o. o. based in Kalisz.
- When registering in the Online Store, the Customer provides his/her personal data voluntarily.
- The Online Store processes the Customer's personal data for the purposes of order processing, making them available to entities such as courier companies and payment operators.
- The Online Store, with the Customer's consent, processes and makes the customer's data available to third parties.
- Each customer has the right to access and correct their data on the Online Store website. Personal data entrusted to us is stored and secured in accordance with the principles set out in applicable law.
- All information regarding the goods available in the Online Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law, but is only an invitation to negotiations.
- Descriptions, photos and drawings of goods are illustrative and in some cases may differ from their actual appearance, but this does not affect the quality and properties of the goods.
- Promotional and sale goods of the Online Store are available in limited quantities.
- The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw some goods from the offer, in particular those that are no longer available from LetMeRepair Poland producers or suppliers.
- The products offered by LetMeRepair Poland meet the EU RoHS Directive .
- The prices given on the Online Store website are expressed in Euro (EUR), and the net and gross prices of the goods are also provided.
- The price does not include fees for delivering the goods to the customer.
- The Online Store reserves the right to change the price of the goods on offer. These changes may result from market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations or other factors.
- We accept payment in the form of prepayment (bank transfer to LetMeRepair Poland bank account, instant payment (also called online payment)).
- Payment via credit card (Visa i MasterCard) is possible when using online payment
- The entity providing online payment services is PayPro S.A.
- Orders are accepted via the Online Store application, by e-mail, fax or post.
- Orders in the Online Store can be placed twenty-four hours a day throughout the calendar year.
- Placing an order by the Customer is confirmed by an electronic message (e-mail) sent by the Online Store. This message constitutes only information about the delivery of an electronic message to the Online Store's server.
- The order fulfillment period depends on the availability of goods and ranges from 24 hours to 14 business days. For a certain group of items, the delivery time may be longer, but LetMeRepair Poland is obliged to notify the customer about this fact.
- If the customer chooses the payment method by transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.
- We issue a VAT invoice for all products purchased in the store .
- Consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods. - Goods ordered in the Online Store are delivered to the indicated address by a courier company.
- The cost of delivery is specified on the " Delivery time and cost " page.
- Complaints about Products may be filed on the basis of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights concerning consumer warranty (conformity of the product with the contract). A consumer may file a complaint within 2 years of taking possession of the purchased goods.
- A consumer warranty complaint may be filed by a Customer/User who is:
(a) a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, i.e. a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to his/her business or professional activity;
(b) a natural person entering into a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of the contract shows that it does not have a professional character for that person, arising in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity. - Please submit any comments regarding the quality of the products we sell, the method of service and any discrepancies between the actual state and the invoice in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail).
- The complaint must include the reason for the complaint and a copy of the purchase document. After examining it and recognizing its validity, it is possible to refund the money or replace the goods with a defect-free one.
- Please return defective and erroneously delivered goods by shipment without cash on delivery and after prior arrangement with our employee.
- For the delivery of defective products, LetMeRepair Poland's liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the amount paid for them.
- Please report quantity complaints and other discrepancies with the order no later than within 2 business days of receiving the shipment.

As a result of unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters, riots, trade restrictions, unfavorable legal changes, which limit or prevent LetMeRepair Poland from fulfilling its obligations, LetMeRepair Poland is released from the obligations contained in these regulations. for the duration of these circumstances.
