Data processing
The administrator of Personal Data collected via the Online Store is LetMeRepair Poland spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (business address and correspondence address: ul. Częstochowska 140, 62-800 Kalisz) registered in the District Court in Poznań, 22nd Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000291143, e-mail address: sklep@letmerepair.pl - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Online Store Service Provider and the Seller.

The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him is processed in accordance with the law.

Consent to the processing of personal data by LetMeRepair Poland spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data in force since May 25, 2018 ("GDPR") and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to complete the transaction, deliver orders and any communication.

What data do we collect?

In order to complete the order. The Administrator collects and processes the following personal data of Customers: names and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), bank account number (for the purposes of settling returns and complaints). In the case of Entrepreneurs, the Administrator additionally processes the company name, tax identification number (NIP) and the name and surname of the contact person.

Who do we transfer data to?

  1.  For the proper functioning of the Online Store, including the implementation of concluded Sales Agreements, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of external entities (such as suppliers, couriers or payment processing entities). The Administrator only uses the services of such processors who provide sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the GDPR and protects the rights of data subjects.
  2. Data is not transferred by the Administrator in every case and not to all recipients or categories of recipients indicated in the privacy policy - the Administrator transfers data only when it is necessary to achieve a given purpose of personal data processing and only to the extent necessary to achieve it. For example, if the Customer uses personal collection, his data will not be transferred to the carrier cooperating with the Administrator.
  3. Personal data of Service Recipients and Customers of the Online Store may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

 

  1. carriers / forwarders / couriers - in the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store to deliver the Product by post or courier, the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier, forwarder or intermediary carrying out shipments at the request of the Administrator to the extent necessary to deliver the Product to the Customer.
  2. entities handling electronic or payment card payments - in the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store's electronic or payment card payment method, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Store at the request of the Administrator to the extent necessary to handle the payment made by the Customer.
  3. service providers supplying the Administrator with technical, IT and organizational solutions enabling the Administrator to conduct business activities, including the Online Store and the Electronic Services provided through it (in particular suppliers of computer software for running the Online Store, e-mail providers and suppliers of company management software and providing technical assistance to the Administrator) - the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to a selected supplier acting on his behalf only in the case and to the extent necessary to achieve a given purpose of data processing in accordance with this privacy policy.
  4. providers of accounting, legal and advisory services providing the Administrator with accounting, legal or advisory support (accounting office, law firm or debt collection company) - the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to a selected supplier acting on its behalf only in the case and to the extent necessary to achieve a given purpose of processing data in accordance with this privacy policy.

    Your personal data is processed only if we have a legal basis for it. The grounds that apply on our Website and in connection with it - depending on what is applicable in a given case - are:
    • contract for the provision of Services or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding this contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
    • our legal obligation, especially related to accounting in the case of paid services (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
    • our legitimate interest, consisting in the processing of personal data in order to establish, pursue or defend possible claims related to the Website, including the Services provided (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    • our legitimate interest in profiling users visiting the Website for marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    • our legitimate interest, consisting in collecting opinions of Website users about the Website, which allows us to improve it in accordance with users' suggestions (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    • our legitimate interest in collecting data for statistical and analytical purposes, which allows us to optimize our Website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    • our legitimate interest, consisting in the analysis of selected and recorded conversations with the customer service department of our Website in order to improve the quality of services provided (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    • Your consent expressed on the Website if you consent to the processing of data (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). If the basis for our processing of personal data is your consent, remember that you can withdraw or limit it at any time.

Data collected automatically
When the Customer uses the Online Store, data regarding the Customer is automatically collected. This data includes, among others: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, interests. This data may be collected by cookies and the Google Analytics system (Operational Data).

Cookies
Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the user visiting the Online Store website (e.g. on the hard drive of a computer, laptop or in the phone's memory - depending on what device you use when visiting Online shop). The Administrator processes the data contained in Cookies when visitors use the Online Store's website for the following purposes:

  • handling the registration process and logging in the Customer to the account
  • remembering the Customer as a logged in user of the Online Store and showing that he is logged in
  • remembering Products added to the cart in order to place an order
  • remembering data from completed order forms or login details to the Online Store
  • implementation of the ordering process
  • adapting the content of the Online Store website to the Customer's individual preferences (e.g. regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the Online Store pages
  • conducting anonymous statistics showing how the Online Store website is used and examining Customer needs, excluding personal identification of the Service Recipient, in order to improve the operation of websites Most web browsers available on the market accept cookies by default. GOOGLE ANALYTICS


Google Analytics, referred to above, is an internet analytics system that collects information about the activity and behavior of Online Store users, used to conduct analytical and marketing activities. A customer who does not consent to the operation of the Google Analytics system should block this system or disable the ability to save cookies on the device (which may also block the possibility of correctly placing an order in the Online Store). The Administrator also processes anonymized operational data (so-called logs - IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in administering the Online Store. These data are aggregated and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain features identifying persons visiting the Online Store website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.

Rights of data subjects

  1. The right of access, rectification, restriction, deletion or transfer - the data subject has the right to request from the Administrator access to his or her personal data, rectification, deletion ("right to be forgotten") or limitation of processing and the right to object to processing, and also has the right to transfer his data. Detailed conditions for exercising the above-mentioned rights are indicated in Art. 15-21 of the GDPR Regulations. A sample written request for access to data is an attachment to this Privacy Policy.
  2. The right to withdraw consent at any time - a person whose data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of consent (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Art. 9 section 2 letter a) of the GDPR), has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  3. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the person whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the manner and manner specified in the provisions of the GDPR Regulation and Polish law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act. The supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  4. The right to object - the data subject has the right to object at any time - for reasons related to his or her particular situation - to the processing of his or her personal data based on Art. 6 section 1 letter e) (public interest or tasks) or f) (legitimate interest of the administrator), including profiling based on these provisions. In such a case, the Administrator is no longer allowed to process this personal data, unless he demonstrates the existence of valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
  5. The right to object to direct marketing - if personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of his or her personal data for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that what processing is related to such direct marketing.
  6. In order to exercise the rights referred to in this point of the privacy policy, you can contact the Administrator by sending an appropriate message in writing or by e-mail to the Administrator's address indicated at the beginning of the privacy policy or using the contact form available on the Online Store website.

Making changes and disclaiming liability
The Administrator is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Customers, as a result of which the Administrator processes the personal data provided by them in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy. The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes, withdraw or modify the functions or properties of the Online Store at any time, as well as to cease operations, transfer rights to the Online Store and perform any legal actions permitted by applicable law.

Security
The Online Store may contain links to other websites. The administrator encourages you to read the privacy policy established there after going to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to this Online Store and does not cover any information regarding the products of other Entities that were posted in the Online Store commercially, as a guest or on a reciprocal basis that does not serve to achieve a commercial purpose.

We encourage you to protect your password against disclosure to third parties. The Administrator is not responsible for the disclosure of the password by the Customer and the resulting consequences.

The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction. The Administrator provides the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically:

Protection of the data set against unauthorized access, including an SSL certificate
Access to the Account only after providing an individual login and password
The functions assigned to individual links, in particular the transmission of information and personal data, are activated only after clicking on a given link. If, during a visit to the Online Store, the Customer (User) of the Website clicks on a selected link, his/her personal data is transferred and processed by a given portal. If, while visiting the Online Store, the Customer clicks on a selected link while being logged in to a given portal, information about visiting the Online Store may be transferred via the User's (Customer's) account and this fact may be saved on the User's (Customer's) account on a given portal. To avoid such an action, log out of your account on a given website before clicking on a given link. The information transferred is most often the so-called public profile in accordance with the definition of the portal whose plug-in the Customer clicks when visiting the Online Store. A comment published on the Online Store's website using a social plug-in will be publicly available. For example, if a Customer posts a comment using the Facebook comment plug-in, the event will be public and anyone can access it.
